Who are we looking for?

This role is a pure backend developer role, working with a team of like minded code freaks supported by front end developers delivering flawless code coordinated by highly skilled hands on production staff, not a suit in site. He or she will be responsible for working on software design including building, testing, debugging and troubleshooting programs
and scripts, modifying existing code, adding new features and creating code library’s will be a key part of your daily routine. You will design, develop, maintain and optimize secure and scalable multi-tier web applications with high volumes of traffic and high
availability.

You will need to:

- Expert knowledge of PHP5, MySQL, XML
- Experience with any major PHP frameworks (CakePHP, CodeIgniter, Symfony, Zend, Kohana, etc.)
- Experience with RESTful API's, AMF & JSON is required.
- Ability to integrate complex front end code provided in AJAX, DHTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Extensive experience with LAMP stack and open source software in general including GIT/SVN
- Commercial experience with Facebook/Twitter/Google API’s is an advantage
-  Must have excellent problem solving skills and love technical challenges.
-  The successful candidate will be a natural communicator, self-motivated, be able to take initiative and be highly productive and efficient.

We’re looking for passionate developers to work with us on producing web (and iPhone based entertainment/ games/ interactive experiences). You’ll need to come at it with awesome game play and an eye for detail.

Working with international advertising agencies and their clients we produce work that’s different, pushing the boundaries and beautifully finished.

We require creatives to join our London team who are working with our  international advertising agency and brand clients on a wide range of mediums from interactive, film, animation & sound. You need to be able to work with us on a mixture of fully spec'd jobs and brainstorming inside the studio on new concepts.
